I’m a fully qualified acupuncturist with a degree-level Licentiate in Acupuncture, completed with distinction and over 3,600 hours of training. I am also a registered member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC).
My journey into acupuncture began with a deep interest in complementary medicine and holistic approaches to health. With a background in psychology and research, I’ve always been fascinated by the uniqueness of each individual, a perspective that strongly shapes my current practice.
My extensive training covered all aspects of Chinese medical and acupuncture theory, with a focus on the Five Element approach. This means I focus on treating the whole person — supporting physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, not just symptoms. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing learning in both traditional and conventional medicine.
As a BAcC member I am committed to providing professional and affordable acupuncture treatments
To date I’ve worked with a variety of patients and supported them through a wide range of health concerns. You can read some of their feedback here.

Acupuncture in the UK is not regulated by law. Therefore, the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) recommends seeing a professional on an Accredited Register, such as a BAcC Member.
Did you know? Some healthcare professionals offer acupuncture after short courses of only 40–80 hours, usually focused on treating pain through trigger points.
In contrast, I’ve completed a degree-level training in Five Element acupuncture, with over 3,600 hours of in-depth study. This includes detailed point location, classical Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) theory, diagnostic skills, and safe practice.
This allows me to treat the whole person — body, mind, and emotions — and support a wide range of concerns, from physical symptoms to emotional wellbeing.
